Online Courses: These are self-paced and ideal for students balancing full-time jobs, family responsibilities, or other commitments. You can log in at any time, review lessons on your schedule, and complete quizzes and assignments from home.
In-Person Courses: Prefer face-to-face learning? Our classroom sessions are led by licensed instructors with years of real-world real estate experience. You'll benefit from live Q&A, group discussion, and peer support.
Our pre-licensing curriculum is aligned with Indiana’s licensing exam and includes these core subjects:

Property Management

Each topic includes a mix of lectures, readings, real-life case studies, and assessments to ensure you're fully prepared for the exam—and for real-world practice.
