State Examination: Yes for applicable title lines, unless exempt.
You can use exam preparation materials to build your understanding of title insurance. Optional preparation does not replace your examination or other licensing requirements.
Continuing Education Requirements
Required Hours: 12 approved hours every 2 years.
Required Subjects and Other Details: Include 3 ethics hours; 6 hours must be classroom or classroom equivalent. If you have been licensed for 20 consecutive years or more, your total is reduced to 6 hours, including 3 ethics hours.
