They DO Require a State exam.

However, while pre-licensing education is NOT required, you will be required to pass the state exam. The course is designed for the professional looking to #PassTheTest on their first attempt. The courses includes: licensed instructors, Unlimited email, phone & video conference tutoring, 6-month access to complete the course and FREE tutoring until you pass the state exam.

Title Insurance Continuing Education Courses

Already licensed? Stay compliant with State regulations and sharpen your skills with our title insurance continuing education courses. Licensed agents must complete 24 hours of CE every two years, including 3 hours of ethics training. REAL University’s CE programs are State-approved, user-friendly, and built for professionals who need flexible learning options.
